Well, this is just awesome. Why do we ever believe cops and cop-loving lawyers about anything?

I laughed out loud. Give every public figure a soundtrack! What would yours be?

Isn't that always how it starts? First a monkey chases her out of bed. Then...

This is awesome. Now conservatives are trying to recall a Republican governor, and Democrats are staying the hell away. Are we watching the conservative movement amputate itself from the body politic? The lefties did it years ago, so I guess it'll even things out between the just-barely-right-of-center party and the slightly-farther-right party.

I WILL DESTROY YOU. Sez the rabbit. Good-looking guy.

WOW! Insanely long article worth reading all the way through - about Star Trek tribute bands! And there's going to be a Trekkies 2!

I would pay good money to have a Klingon tell me "I do not believe you are ready to rock!"

Glad I'm not on the market any more. (Thanks, Michael.)

I've probably already mentioned this at some point in my blogography, but christ almighty check out The Invisibles sometime soon. Just started re-reading the series in my downtime and it's everything and all that and more. Great writing, comic-book violence, and transcendent struggle between freedom and control. Grant Morrison should just shut up now - how's he supposed to top it?

Well - OK, this'll do.

Oh No! It's Devo (You really should read this. Thanks, Boing Boing!)

The Sci-Fi Channel is dumping its upcoming night of Schwarzenegger films for reasons I find vaguely interesting. What they're replacing it with is inspired, hysterical, and gives me a little bump of renewed faith in corporations (small, quirky ones, anyway).

Brilliant.

More celebrities should run for governor. Maybe then we'd see more non-US stuff broadcast.
