A morning entry?

My GOD Amy, your blog is absolutely gorgeous! I fell in love with the colours; pale aqua is perhaps my favourite colour of all time. Ohhh...I bought Little Earthquakes the other day...and it is raw but it's wonderful for it. The songs in this CD are very different sounding than the ones in Boys for Pele and Strange L. Girls. And, mwahaha, imagine my surprise when I heard "Mother" the redhead dancing, dancing girl and when I dance for him somebody leave the light on just in case Whooo!

Rubie...I read the review for the Subaru x Yuz story @ foxfire--eeee! I can't believe you actually, you know. Liked it! Thank you. Anyway, when I got over my mental shock, I began work on it again ^_^. I keep hearing that one strain from that old Beatles song...I get by with a little help from my friends, I get high with a little help from my friends.

NEway, the internet connection on my PC is DOWN, down I say, which means I have to use the computer upstairs, which means it's a hell of a bother to save stuff on disc and transfer it to the other compy. Damn Bell. Damn that cable guy who cut all the wires. *bangs head against key-board* Urg, this puts a damper on a lot of the current work.

Urg, mid-terms next week. Shit. Dophin, how the heck did you survive the pressure?!?! Eeep! I do NOT understand this fucking f(x)-1, In, stuff. Eeep! I'm late for school!

Running, running, running out of time.

Eeep! I still have to write another 200 words or so for my french creative writing assignments. It has to be a ghost story. Anyone else thinking that's a pretty shabby assignment to give out to first year uni students? Err, yeah. It's surprisingly coming along not *too* badly--maybe I'll even post it after I'm done! Or not.

SITE NEWS: Umm...I won't be able to load the new layout for the Echelon until well into the week, I think. It's going to be an another X layout: Kakyou. I LOVE Kakyou. Anyway, the frames should work, but I'm kinda worried about the graphics 'cause it'll be the first time ever that I'll use a patterned background. Wish me luck, and if doesn't turn out well, I'll just hual up a backup Fushigi Yuugi one >_>.

Why the delay?

I got the urge--to write a whole slough of fics, the majority of which I'm sure will collapse in itself from the shaky plot, tacky over-use of commas and "literary" devices that are much too disconnected to fit the story. Woah, I sound so bitter! ^^D Who's in the mood for a dark/violent Tokyo Babylon vignette?

Sav has returned which makes me so happy! I've known her about as long as I've known Rubie-chan and Laine--more than a year by now. Isn't that something? Anyway, I'm very fond of Savannah--she writes great male x male stories, takes lovely photographs, and always comes up with these lovely, colour-coordinated sites. Go to her blog, now!

I had an hour to burn before my Bio class so instead of studying ^_^, I read a back-issue of The Ecologist. And copied down a few things I thought were...amusing XP.

It's been a long time since I last blogged, ne? Ohh...that's because my life's been at a frickin' STANDSTILL for weeks and weeks--seriously, the hours all sort of blended together into this dull, gray, memory-less thing-BOB. Concentration for school was poor, I wasn't talking to my friends (online and real-life, I'm sorry guys, forgive me!!), hardly ever spoke to my Dad over the phone--and feeling muchos guilty about not caring too much about it. Hmm...started a bunch of sites but lost interest in them after that brief, adrenelinic beginning. Same goes for writing fanfics. Hmm...I dunno what happened. Anyway, I think the loose screw in my head's been fixed now. Many thanks to high-tech nanotechnology. ^_^;;

Ohhh Rubie guess what?! You know that YxK fanfic I was talking about a while ago? It's like 70% finished, and that awful Yuz and Sub one that I was annoyingly/paranoid about letting you see? It's also been drastically revised (note that I can't use the word "improved"^_^) and both of them'll be available very soon now. I even made a silly little button for never fly! *puff*

I love Calc, have I mentioned that? It's just a repeat of last year--yayness. And my TA is cute, cute and very cute! It's so funny how all the girls in the class are utterly besotted, and how the entire class consists of almost all girls...

Saluria: I'm blogging because of thee, be proud my lovely. Yes, you do live in a mountain, and if I'm not careful, you're like going to return to TO a mountained hermit. Remember that episdoe of TNG when the crew went cookoo because of deep isolation from the rest of civilization? Uh huh, you know what I'm getting at. Beware of the dark side and return to the light (a.k.a.) transfer to my Uni next year. Pleeeeeeeeease? Humph, yeah right, I distinctly recall trying to get to you come to my highschool for 5 years, and yet you stuck to N- like glue. *sigh* I have a very disquieting vision of us 10 years from now, with you testing water samples in this remote jungle in the Amazon, and me trudging away at some isolated biological lab in Nunavot (sp?). *sighs again*. Call me *squeek* BTW, I saw your friend Adri- (Menelaus), he's in my math tutorial--muchos cool. He's so cute, and goodness me, I had no clue he had such an old-fashioned chivalrous streak! Very impressive, esp compared to L- who is just a violent over-lord. Bah. You might be happy to hear this: I'm smoking less, drinking soy instead of dairy and eating lots and lots of tofu. Ra, ra.

Wow, I saw some pics for the X OAV and it looked...awesome! but not as pretty as the manga. Still, I do want to see it anyway. I don't like Kamui's Count Dracula look though, his tight-fitting black Clamp Campus uniform is SO much cuter, not to mention much more flattering of his streamlined figure XP.

The annoying part is that in the message subject line, this person used the URL of my blog. I sincerely hope that it's a big, stupid mistake, or else this is going to annoy me greatly *sigh*. How desperate are these people, eh?

Hey, Rubie, the new layout for your blog is beautiful--as always!

Ummm...went to my highschool Commencement on Thursday because my friends basically lectured/manipulated/forced me to go. I HATED IT!! Didn't even get a sense of closure from going. It was horrendous because all throughout the ceremony, I realized that I couldn't care less about many of these people--and that the v.dictorian's speech was the most self-absorbed, insulting and hastily slapped together piece of sh*t I've ever had to suffer through in my life. Strong words, I know, but waaaah! You'd be cursing it too if you'd been there--I'm convinced of it! Er, didn't realize how many science students there were among us. Maybe around 80-85% of the graduating class is doing life science in uni this year (myself included). Hmmm...Hmm....

I got a hold of A LOT of Saber Marionette J DVD (thanks P!!), and urg, Lime is sooooo annoying. No, make that Lime and Otaru both. Is Otaru voiced by a girl? Because he screams like one.

Whatelse...I'm going to try to login to envy.nu again to try to get the new layout for the esca clique loaded. Haha, I've been trying for the past week now with now luck ;_;

My best friend's in town, and we've spent a total of 1 hour together so far. She leaves tomorrow. We're so pathetic *weep*. I'm so hungry! Later.
