Oh Gawd,I really wanna change my layout soon.On Saturday,I baked meringues for mom ^^ Here's the Recipe:

2 egg whites

125g of caster sugar

1 teaspoon vannila essence

A pinch of cream of tartar

A pinch of salt

Whisk egg whites until foamy,add cream of tartar and salt.Put spoonfuls of sugar one at a time.Add vannila essence and white until you can put it upside down without the mixture falling off.Put spoonful of mixture on a greaseproof sheet on a baking sheet.Bake in a preheated oven for 65 minutes at 125 degrees Celcius

And that's it!!!Note,make it really fluffy ^^

Just back and glad that my entry thingy is working AGAIN.....On friday,Robotics was such a bore >.<.I was updating my blog and find out what the *beep* was wrong...Thank goodness none of the teachers or instructors was looking....The instructor didn't notice that some of us were on the net and went on yakking.*smirks*I wonder how many times he said ok....I think abot 478?I friend was counting,she was hell bored.Can't blame her..

Yesterday school was so long,but Geog was fun coz we were in an air-conditioned room and while Mrs Murphy(Moo-moo murphy) was yakking away about family planning and blah blah blah...Sak,Adelene & I just started talking and talking about how bored we were and about what we would look like in the future.Then Jasmine,Simone and Melissa joined in in our/my singing of "I'm walking on sunshine....." while we were suppose to do pages 83,84 & 85 of workbook....That was fun ^^

Today just came back from maths tuition and after watching X-Men 2...Not bad,I think 3 will be about the Pheonix Saga...O_O Another Quiz Spree!
