I went shopping this morning. I bought myself a jumper and the the single of the Elvis remix (the one on the Nike ad). I also bought part of my sisters present. I hope she likes it!

Last night I watched Tomb Raider on video and then the World Cup Playoff between Sth Korea and Turkey. TURKEY WON!! I was really happy because I wanted Turkey to win. It was amazing how quick they got the first goal- I was astounded.

Tonight I am going to my friends suprise party which should be exciting :)

I just got back from our little netball lunch. The best part were the lollies- there was a huge bowl of them and we were pigging out on them. A chiropractor visited us and gave us a card for a free examination so I am going to have one and see how stuffed up my back is. Lol.

Yay! No more school for two whole weeks. Very exciting stuff- I probably won't get up to too much though. We had to bring home all of our books because they are going to start renovating the school and our class has to move into portables! That sucks big time.

Yay!!! I got selected for my state league netball club again!! wooohhhooooo! I'm really happy I got selected but I don't know which team I am in yet. I am fully excited though! Now I'm going to have to do heaps of training over the holidays.

I felt really mean today because my friend and I were helping out with the school netball trials and we were pretty much deciding who got in and who didn't and what teams they were in. Some people were really easy to decide but others were soooooo hard!

My netball tryouts for state league went okay yesterday- much better then I thought they would be. Hopefully I got in (fingers crossed).

I'm getting so hungry at the momen because my little sister is making us dinner tonight. She has planned it for ages and she has just started to cook it- it smells so nice! For entree we are having wedges with salsa and sourcream and stuff. For main we are each getting our own little mini pizza. For dessert we are getting hot chocolate and then peanut butter fudge!!!! Yummm... I can't wait

I had a very netball filled day today. First I went and watched my little sisters netball Grand Final. They lost by 4 which was really good since they are an U13 side playing in a U15&17 competition.
When we got back to the normal netball courts I was meant to be coaching but they needed another umpire so I umpired instead. It was funny because I was wearing all these black clothes instead of white so all the players were just looking at me.
Then I umpired the two games I was supposed to and the players said I umpired well so I was really happy.
Last of all I was playing. We were playing the top team and they are really good!! We were happy that they were playing in their normal positions because lately they have been playing in stupid positions because they know they can win it easily. At half time we were only losing by two goals but we ended up losing by seven. I was really happy with that.

I thought I was going to do heaps worse in Chem so I was happy with what I got. Also, in Geography I got 50/50 for my last SAC which I was pretty suprised with!

What else has been going on? Oh yeah, Sara and I had to help with the selection at the netball tryouts at school. It was so amazingly hard to pick some of the players- Now I know how hard selections are from the other side of them!

By the way, I'm sorry, I went a bit too quiz happy last time I was on here!

Yesterday I had most likely my last game with one of my netball clubs. We have trials on Sunday but I don't think I'm going to make it because they are cutting three teams to two. Anyway, last night while I was playing there was a collision and I went sliding across the court so my elbow was bleeding. It kills- I can't even straighten it properly! Even more annoying is the fact that I got injured last Tuesday night and on Saturday. The umpiring was really bad, they didnt see anything going wrong even when it happened right in front of them and they were staring at them!!!
When we got home, Mum got a suprise because we had made a cake for her birthday and she didn't expect it. It was a butterscotch cake with what was meant to be caramel icing. The only problem was that we ran out of brown sugar so we had to use heaps of white sugar instead. It still tasted okay though- we thought it was going to be revolting.
After we had some cake we watched the Korea v Italy game on tv from the World Cup. The refs were being so unfair to Italy so when Italy lost I was majorly annoyed!

OMG! I can't believe I forgot to mention this- we won the tournament on Sunday! We got these cool little trophies for it as well :) It was pretty good because we were undefeated on the day and we played ten games.

Today we had our English exam which was actually alright. I managed to get twelve quotes into my essay which was pretty cool.
Then it was recess so a whole heap of year elevens left even though we were meant to stay for the rest of the day. I'm pissed off at two of my friends at the moment because one of them gave the excuse that they were going to an extended family members funeral when they were really going shopping. And the other one has been snobbing off one of my other friends lately. Stupid b******!!
In the rest of the day we had a mass for the Feast of the Sacred Heart. Next each class got a big piece of paper and they had to decorate it with the word they got given. Our class's word was 'justice'. We ended up dividing the paper into quarters and each little group got a corner. Ours was the best :) Then everyone went back to the hall and all the posters got pieced together to make a huge collage on canvas. It looked really cool!!!!!!!

Last night netball got cancelled because of the rain so I didn't have to umpire. The team went to McDonald's instead and I had a medium strawberry thickshake. On it I got one of those little instant prize stickers from the McDonalds scrabble game. I got a free cheesburger so I gave the voucher to my little sis. Umm... I'll update again later because my sister wants to go on soon.

Hmmm... what to write, what to write?
Well, first I guess you can tell that I'm back from my little holiday. It was really good- took the dog down to the beach, played soccer and went to see Spiderman with the guys from next door.
Also I did a bit of studying, not as much as I had hoped but I think I'm ready for my Physics exam tomorrow. I still have to finish my Italian assignment to hand that in tomorrow :(
Last thing for the moment- the boards at helpforneopets are going down :'( Thats really annoying because I'll miss everyone from there.

Monday Memory time!
Do you have a memory of being sick as a child? It might not have been anything more serious than aa bad cold, or you may have had your tonsils out.. it could be anything. What do you remember?
As a kid I had the flu, chickenpox, just the normal stuff you get.
I remember being in grade 4 and getting the chickenpox- I was the second of my three sisters to get, we had it in our house for about six weeks. The doctor told Dad that we should have chips and icecream because that was the best 'medicine' we could have. We were ecstatic!
When I was in grade 6 I had a really bad dose of the flu and I remember lying in bed and I didn't feel like eating anything, even my favourite foods.

Aaahh! I had a physics test today and it was real hard! Okay, actually it wasn't that bad, but I didn't get the critical angle stuff so all of those questions are wrong. Hopefully I still went okay though. I hope I did because mum thinks I'm doing really bad at school at the moment and she'll probably put an internet ban on if I do bad. Fibgers crossed!

Umm... I've just archived this, if you were wondering why it looked kind of bare. You can head over to the archives page if you want to read older entries!

Last night I was babysitting and we watched Harry Potter on video. I love that movie. Then after the kids went to bed I watched the Senegal v France game, the opening game of the World Cup. I wanted to watch the footy instead because Essendon was playing but I couldn't get it on that channel. When I got home I found out they had lost anyway :( I did quite a bit of physics revision while I was there, but I only did the sight&light section which we have been doing at school recently. I still have to revise radiation, nuclear energy and heating&cooling during the next week.
