ok, so I`m gonna try and keep this short since I`ve been on the compie for a while. Today I got a call from dad. Heard Josh`s party went well, wish I coulda been there ;.; but I`m glad. He just better not forget I exsist, kekeke ^.~ Well, Tomarrow I goto a beer garden with my buddie bryan, and then Wensday I go see the Cat Returns, the new Ghibli films YAY!!!!!!!!! I`m so excited.
Today I spoke to these little kids who always play in the street in the afternoon. I was on my way home. It was cool, I actually understood most of what they said (they asked my the tipical questions, do you live near here and so on) I think they were surprised I could speak Nihongo. Kekeke. I`m cool now.On sunday I`m cooking dinner for my Family, and I think I`ll make truffles too, If I can get all the ingrediance. must scope out the local grocerie store!!! |

well, I didn`t make it all the way up fuji-san, but I did make it to the 7.8 mark. Everyone who did make it up ended up getting frost bite and stuff. The weather was really bad, they had to close the trails on one side of the mountain cause rocks were getting blown down it, and Bryan almost flew off the top. They couldn`t goto the post office there either ;.; I still haven`t sent my postcards >.<
Well, one of the Dans has left us now, there was a big farewell party on Wes. but since I was sick I couldn`t go. It was funny to hear about though. The teachers went, and Jessica got really drunk. JoeTi was flirting with the bartender she really liked and Lauren had fun with this guy she met while all this other stuff happen too Kekeke ^.^ On aturday I`m staying over at JoeTi`s so I`ll be going out all nighht. We`re gonna go down by the river and have fun too. It`s sad though. Aparently Justin went home and something happened. when he woke up the next day they had found the front room of his host families home all smashed up, so once they`re all back from Hiroshima he`s going to be sent home ;.; it`s sad.
During the first 3 days of this week it was the Gion Matsuri. That was kinda cool. on Monday and Tuesday night from 6*00 untill morning they closed Shijo (like Main Street basicly) and the ones around it for Walkers Heaven. It was really cool, eveyone was walking everywhere, and there where these huge, old floats at verious spots in the streets. Then on Wensday Morning there was the parade and I wore a Yukata. Tomoyo put it on me really tight too so it wouldn`t go lose. ^.^ so nice We also went to the Handy Craft center and I saw this Beautiful umm... I forgot the name but it`s the hudge kimono coat that goes over everything else in the traditional japanese weddingb dress and it was only 23000 that`s about $200 though it`s used, there was only one spot, that could probably be bleached out, or if not, it`s not very noticable. Considering those usually start at about 10,000,000 (about maybe $95,000) it`s a great deal!! oooo Maybe I`ll go back and get it. I really wanted another obi, a dark colored one, but the Obis there were all very old looking (I mean they had the worn look!) so I wasn`t so interested.

| ~~Fuji-san tomarrow~~ |
YoYo allz!! That`s right, tomarrow we leave bright and early to climb Mount Fuji, or Fuji-san as they would say in Kansaiben ^.^ oooo, I`m excited, we get to take a shinkansen (bullet train) again wooo. it`s tobad we don`t have those in the US, they`re so much faster, alomost as good as planes I think, better than driving or taking Amtrack, for sure. ut ofcourse they`re electric, and our railways aren`t. Maybe we should do something about that ^.^ it`s cleaner. Actually, their transit here is awesome, but their buses stink as they drive by (very comfy to sit in though ^.^).
Last time I blogged I forgot some stuff, ofcourse now I can`t think of what.... >.< kekekeke. But, on sunday I when to a traditional Kyoto style resturant, let me say, some of the food was Uber Strange! @.@ we ate some flower from the see, and everything had something to do with fish, Blah. >.< anywho, on tuesday we went to sensanjuyo-ji (I think). it`s the temple of 1034 buttas! It was increadible really, there were 500 life size buttas on each side of this really big one and then 33 god statues that guard or attend them. very cool, but I wasn`t allowed to take pictures so I guess I`ll explain when I`m home, or if I can find a postcard, scan and show that ^.^
Well, there was a typoon so the weather was cooler for a little while, but it passed right by us. my family was like, yeah, typhoon is over and I was like what? it just drizzeled a little. You know they don`t name them, but give them numbers! This one was number 6, and was really big. I guess Kyoto is too far in to have been effected too bad, but they had to cancel a lot of flights and even some of the Shinkansen had to stop for a while cause the water level was to high. Some places there was real bad flooding. I saw some fotage on the news of this school girl wading through the water on her way to school, it went to her knees. Maybe she wasn`t on her way to schooll... but the why would she still be in her uniform? kekeke ^.~

Ok, so that Definet;y isn`t a song name, but now I`m really pissed about this. They send me this thing that looks like a bill, so I pay it, Then I find out when I need costomer service that it wasn`t a bill, bit an advertisement. Trust me, it looked exsactly like a bill. I figured I had sent it late anyhow, they won`t start the account, but they did, then I figured they were going to have to have me ok the Domain transfer like they did when I moved to blue domino from registar and then I`d be able to cancel it since I`d have all the pw info. I was wrong again! And they didn`t email me the pw so I can`t do anythin till I`m home. I sent a message to Blue Domino, but who knows if I`ll Be able to do anything till I`m home since I don`t have the info with me. Bah, the bastarteds!!! >.<
on another note, I got two kimonos this weekend. They`re SO beutiful, and were only 8000 yen each! On the down side, I`ve been really bad about using the credit card so when I get home I`m gonna own many peoples money ^.^;; but I probably won`t be able to come to Japan again for a while since next time it`ll probably be on my own money so I`m gonna enjoy it while I can. I just wish I had gottan a seconed card just for this trip so I could keep better track and pay myself and stuff. Something to remeber for the future, get card that is for trips only!
School is fun but tiring. Over all I`m having a great time, eneryone`s nice so things are good. It`s funny though, I`ve noticed I get a lot of looks, mostly from young kids and older people, but It`s strange being the minority. Sometime people even avoid sitting by my on the train, but most of the time people are very friendly and will even try to talk to me, or at least ask where I`m from ^.^ it`s all good!!!

Bah, I`m sooo sleepy ;.; Nemutai!!! Today I got to meet Mika-chan! She`s so cute ^.^ and very friendly Wooo!!! I just acidentally figured out how to make my wink!!! ^.~ Yay!!!!
Lets see... So on Tuesday we when to the Kinkaku-ji, the golden Pavillion, it was beautiful. The Pavillion was all plated with gold ^.^ hoeeee!!! It had been pouring while we had stopped before hand at Shingo`s old university, and we met these guys who were sute anc chatted till they got frieghtened off when Joe-T asked them what they were doing frinday night. ^.^ oh well. it was fun! Yesterday we went to the Ginkaku-jim the Silver Pavilion. It had the most spectacular view from up this path, I took some piccies, hopefully everything comes out ok. The funny thing is, is that it`s not plated in silver. See the guy who wanted to make it was the grandson of the guy who built the Golden one so he wanted to make somethng to rival it, only he bankrupted Japan before could finish it ^.^;; oh well, guess he wasn`t too bright.
Today we went to Arashiyama, it was cool, close to my home ^.^ Keke, if I ever live in Japan, I`d like to live in Kyoto, did you know that ambulences are free here, in Japan? ^.^ Anyhow, we went to a real Okonomiyakiya!!! Haha, just like Ukyo`s ^.^ kekeke. but then I realized that I:m not going to have nearly enough money for here ;.; The only reason I was able to buy so much cool stuff at Tower was because I can charge there. Oh! when I went, I got Whisper of the heart and it came with a cute little pin of Moon, the cat. I`m gonna go back and use my point cards to but Sen to Chihiro when it`s released over the summer holiday. That`s when the new movie comes out too, I can`t beleive I`m really gonna see it when it comes out! how exciting!!!!!

YoYo peeps!! so here I am, blogging again ^.^ ... woo, this font is strange!!! Anywho... Lets update!!!!
Ok so yesterday we went to a supermarket and there was a bargin sale so it was Uber busy!! I was like @.@ HOOOEEEE hmm.. I still can`t wink ;.; kekeke, then as we were leaving we got ice cream and this old lady bowed and said stuff to me ^.^; wooo, and there was a crepe shop too, just like in anime, all kinds of things like fruit and ice cream and wow, made me hungry ^.^ then I came home and fell asleep. For some reason I:ve been getting headachs and I rathertired. I hope it`s nothing serious. ;.;
I tried to email dad but it bounced, hopefully he emails me scince I need author names or ISBN# for the books he wants and I need to know the name of thattea he likes ^.^
Mt. Fujiˇˇgot moved back to next weekend since it`s still rainy season so it`s bad weather. but that`s ok. Next sunday I will have dinner with my family at a resturant so that`s cool ^.^ Oh, I forgot last time!! I got my phone. you can call if you want, but please remeber that I am 14 hours ahead of you all, and I have class untill about 1:00 so don:t call till then ^.^

MoshiMoshi Minna!!!! Well, I`ve finally made it to Kyoto! I wish we had had another day in Tokyo, but am happy I am here I too. Bah, it seems I am unable to make my usual smilies. Wai, demo at least I can chat here now.
Sooo, Tokyo was cool, but again I am unable too see Tokyo Tower, I did get to goto Shibuya and see Hiroshi(?) the dog statue and the 7 floor tower records, where I bought Utada`s new CD ^.^ look, I figured the key board out ^.^ anyhow, I didn:t get to meet Miho or Masa and didn:t goto Velfarre either ;.; but I still had some fun. we had walked so much during the day that yesterday night my legs hurt so bad I could barely walk anyhow ;.; Demo, ZenZen OK! ^.^
My host family is really nice, and they all speek some english, though I feel a littlr spoiled, I`m happy. I think they liked what I brought, and the food was really yummy too ^.^ OISHI YO!!! ^.^ anyhow, hopefully at some point i`ll goto Tower Records again since they`re having a big premotion right now ^.^ I still have yet to call Mika, but I just got here so It`s all good ^.^ I`m looking forward to my time here, so here`s hoping my layout is still working ^.^;;; Love you all!!!! |

| Gya, it's storming already!! I hope things clear up for when I leave ;.; Man, I just heard a BIG crack of thunder -.-, anyhow, hopefully I get to Japan safe. That's right, In just a few hours I will no longer be in the US... I'll be flying over it!! ^.^;; Wow the slowly brighting sky just got really damn dark -.- Blah!!!

| Okay, so today I couldn't come up with a lyric to put in the title, oh well ^.^
lets see.. well today was work, it was really busy cause right now is the capcom turnoments and so I was going craxy at snack, non-stop action, ya know. I wanted to kick someone by the time I was ready to go. Then I went to Denny's with my buds and we snacked and hung out ^.^
Yesterday I saw Scooby Doo, It was actually pretty good! Mathew Lillard Kicked @$$ as Shaggy, he was definetly the best casted. Buffy as the pretty chick was cool too, ^.^ even Fredy did a good job, and the chick who played Velma too. I had a fun time, and the Harry Potter Trailer Kicked @$$!!!!! OMG I can't wait to see it ;.; *drool* I'm definetly dressing up for the movie... Jenny says I'd be a good Hermione... Cool ^.^ She's my fav, other than Harry of course kekeke ^.^
Well, tomarrow I'm going to work with Josh on a D&D story to play on Sunday. I think I have an idea but, we'll see ^.^ kekeke, I'l have to make things very hard, I think lots of puzzles, less monsters, I don't wanna create too many peoples, takes so much time @.@ kekeke ^.~
I'm very happy with my new layout ^.^ Belldandy is so beautiful, she's one of my all time favorite manga chars. ^.^ welp, now I just need to finish my web site ;.; -.- x.x |
