Sunday, July 31, 2005 [06:31 p.m.]

ahh~ just got home about 30min ago. damn it's so hot outside!!! and i didn't have any sun screen >___< hopefully no sun burn ^^;; at least the two kids were pretty well behaved =] one is named zhe-chow ( came from taiwan for a short visit ) and the other one jimmy.

woke up at 9:30am and left at 10:15am. picked the two boys up and off we went. long and very hot drive ... but we got there eventually. parked and went into Playland. feels like i haven't been there in years. the two kids were actually more scared to go on the roller coaster rides than i am ^^;; but i remembered that when i was about their age, i used to cry when i was asked to go on them XD hahaha~ but yea ... got them to ride one ^^"

started to head back home at about 3:30pm ? dropped jimmy off at home and then we went to metro so zhe-chow can buy something. then we took him back to michelle's parents' house but aunty wasn't there so we dropped him off at their shop in Yohan.

my brother wanted to buy something for his fish tank so we went to Petcetera and a fish shop. omg ... the fish store was hotter INSIDE than it was OUTSIDE o______o"" crazy ...

after that we went home =] shower felt so good ^^

went out with my brother today to buy a Sony memory card for his PSP. 1gb for $142. then we went back to Oakridge and he wanted to drop by Zellers, he was looking for a PC game controler. he ended up buying a Mario Gamecube game for michelle. after that we went home.

its so hot these days ... but this afternoon it started to become cloudy. maybe it'll start to rain soon.

was suppose to go watch fireworks with my brother today, but i didn't feel like going in the end so we just ended up staying at home ... i don't feel like doing anything these days again. just ... not in the mood ...

my brother forced me into going to Playland with him tomorrow because he was asked to babysit this kid for michelle's parents, and that kid is bringing a friend along. maybe going to Playland tomorrow will get my mind off some things ... ?

Thursday, July 28, 2005 [11:27 a.m.]

woke up so late today >_< why? because i stayed up until 2am after getting home at 12:30am because i was waiting for my mom to finish a movie ( ...ing ) on my computer. i almost fell asleep watching that movie beside her on my bed. my eyes were drooping down.

we were suppose to have left our houses by 4pm yesterday and possibly arrive at English Bay Beach at approx 5pm, but we didn't get there until 7pm >_o;; didn't get picked up till about 5pm, and then we went to get food at Safeway, Dan-D-Mart, Subway and Wendy's. herman and darren went to Subway while stephen, terri and i went to Wendy's to pick up louis. we went ahead to the beach while herman and darren were still at subway. it was so hard to find parking down there x_o;; we ended up paying $18 for parking for 24hrs. walked from Seymour to the beach. took us a while but it wasn't that far ... we just took a longer way by accident xP

the whole area was swarmed with people ... it was so crazy o_o" we finally found an area big enough for us to sit down. herman and darren didn't join us until an hour later at 8pm. i needed to go to the bathroom and darren happened to know some people that lives in those tall apartments so he says i can go use their bathroom since he was going up to say hi anyways ^^;; their apartment was nice, but it was very dimly lit. the view was so pretty, and the sunset was very eye-catching ^^ we went up to the roof and omg~ everything just seemed a whole lot better! the view got better and the crowd down there looked like ants. every single area of the beach was filled up with people. i wished i had my camera with me >_< but i left it down at the beach with the group T_T i was so disappointed lol. wish i can go back up there again next time. darren and i got back down and had to weave through the crowd to get back to our spot. we had trouble finding them cause it was so dark and crowded >_< but we made it in time ^^v

Canada's fireworks last night was pretty good =] they were nicely matched to the music and were on time. compared to last year's, they were much better and is on beat to the music.

after the firework ended, we bummed around at the beach, waiting for people to clear out. at about 11pm, we decided to go, and meet up at the usual bbt place on granville. the others bought bbt, but i didn't feel like drinking anything. terri had to go so i decided to go home instead. it was a fun day today ^^ finally get to go out again hehe =]

fireworks tonight! ^^v it starts at 10pm but we're leaving at 4pm o__o" gonna be about 5 hrs of doing random crap at the beach XD first up is Canada =]

got my net back ^^ that was quick huh? :P i thought i wasn't gonna have internet until Monday or something o_o" ah well, not complaining ^^v

i slept 12hrs today @__@" omg ... my mom was surprised too. i went to bed pretty early yesterday ( for me :P ) after i got off the phone.

basicly, i woke up, read my HP book XD and play WCIII:FT and listened to my music on my mp3. didn't even watch tv today lol ^^

yesterday terri, louis, herman ( omg ) and stephen came over to swim :] louis and stephen showed up 45min earlier XD caught me by surprise @__@" had a chat with them at the door for like 20min and they went back to get their swimming stuff. at about 4pm herman and terri came and we all went to the outdoor pool =] my first time in there ... was kinda dirty ^^" so much crap on the bottom of the pool >_<

there was this lady there who complained about having too many guests -_-" oh BLAH! we were quiet. the manager came and talked to me. he's the only nice manager i know ( known him for 3 yrs? ) and he let it go this time but i can't have more than 2 guests over next time >_< ah well ... we sun tanned a lil bit after we got out of the pool.

after that, we went to Yohan and bought some food there. we were gonna take the food and eat it at the beach but then terri and i were really hungry so we just ate in the food court ^^"

we went to the beach afterwards. stupid herman >_< almost got us into an accident T_T" took a sharp turn at a corner near UBC and he was still going pretty fast. then he turned the wheels all of a sudden and we skidded ... went onto the curb and i thought we were gonna crash into a tree or a sign or something T_T" freaky ...

the beach was nice though~ not too cold or hot. the lights looked pretty. too bad we missed the sunset. everyone just went home after that.
tiring day ^^" but it was fun :]

internet getting cut off today, probably not getting it back until sometimes Saturday. finally getting rid of Shaw and using Three Web instead =] no more limits on downloads and uploads ^^v

everything seems so dull to me now, don't feel like doing anything at all ~_~"

tried out the whitening stripes for your teeth ... it left a bad taste in my mouth >_< yuck. it better work tho o_o" heh~

on saturday night, i decided to plan a last outing on sunday before everyone leaves for vacation. had to bug ppl about what to do and stuff ^^" we ended up going to the beef noodle place on granville. they had a renovation and omg ... their service just went downhill ... not going back there for a long long time -_-" the water tasted like chlorine or something. they added lemon ( which didn't even look like lemon ) and the stupid waiter made us wait so long just to push 3 empty tables together. what an idiot lol ^^"

after our food, we wanted some desert so we went to death by chocolate in metro =] omg the cake ... *drools* soooo good! wanna go back again ^^"

we ended up going to the night market. kinda just walked by everything ... didn't really stop to look at things. it was drizzling a lil but hardly. saw victor working and bugged him for free drinks but he didn't give us any >_< manda and i went to buy drinks at another stall instead xP

ease and louis ended up buying this pair of vibrating sheep o_o" hehe they're cute =] until he decides to put one of them on my head while it was vibrating ... felt so weird ... lol =P

drove around richmond and listened to music. ended up at the pire ( sp? ) on stevenson and riverside. it was quite relaxing ^^ everyone was tired anyways so we just sat there and chat. it was kinda fun ^^

but yea ease and manda are leaving tomorrow. gonna see them off at the airport. we'll all probably be too sleepy to talk lol ... or maybe that'll just be me x_o;; hehehe~
but yea, kenny's coming tmr too =] gonna stay at the airport to pick him up. yay! finally gonna see him again ^^

happy canada's day :]

internet was down ( damn you Shaw!! ) so my brother and i decided to make our own dinner. went out to buy some ingredients and we made pizza and chicken wings ^-^v

finished re-watching the 1st season of The O.C. and then watched a couple of the 9th season of Friends :]

i like days like this ... lazy days ^-^v
