I have a confession to make. I just spend like the last 5 hours surfing the net for my ex!!! I know it sounds ridiculous and impossible but I chanced upon this site made by his click of friends and where they frequent, so there's like updates of their lives and a forum they post on, etc. Well, fyi we were each other's first love way back! He was my senior in school. We even did the couple outfit thingy by carrying the same nike school bag (ok, he did it without telling me so it's really not my idea!)...I'm really not one of those who goes for the couple-identical-outfit sorts! In fact, I would never be caught dead wearing the same t-shirt as my other half! Even wearing the same colour (down to the exact shade) puts me off! I mean why must you dress yourself alike to anounce to the uncaring world that you're a pair? Anyway the story goes that I dumped him coz' he was way too possessive, green-eyed, bad-tempered....I remember that really well coz' it was my first time and I didn't know how to dump people so I had to rehearse it with my guy friend (who was incidentally very gorgeous, and very interested in me!) for ages before doing it! He took it real bad, slammed down the phone. Called me back in 5 minutes, crying like a baby and asking me back....I said no. He went into NS a week later and called me from camp, talked like we were still together. It just freaked me out..so much so that I had nightmares for months after that about him and his family seeking revenge! Haha...Yep, this was my first love and yep, this is what I was surfing for! Anyway, turns out he's in Sydney now, doing his post-grad studies. Has a stable gf (although the pic is so small, I can't really see her face!)...ermm...looks more or less the same, put on abit of weight and from the sounds of it, thinking of getting hitched next year! I rest my case.
Just for the record, I was searching more out of curiosity than interest!

Yo! Got to watch Finding Nemo DVD yesterday..hmm...cute...I liked the last part where the bags of fish are floating on top of the water...^_^ Yeah Di, it is very interesting although I still maintain that I nearly fell asleep at certain parts! Ooh..I love the voice of Squirt, whoever the little kid is!
Today, the auntie at Cahaya Restaurant told Weng that she thinks I'm pretty! Hehe...yeah, it sure gave me an ego boost and made my day!
Lavendar is on tv tonight, so time for my weekly dose of taiwan drama...oh, did I mention that I stopped my re-run of Meteor Garden? Yeah..I'm at this part where Daoming Si's mom hires the other guy to woo ShanCai. Then I lost the whole momentum of watching it! Played abit of PS2 last night, but not really liking LOTR 2 game..it's not like part 1 at all!! I liked Fellowship better...

I was so bored, I decided to watch the Lizzie McGuire dvd...Mmm...quite a cheery, fun, brainless movie. I like the LMNT song in it and the song that 'Paolo' and 'Isabella' sings....I dunno who actually sung that song, but the guy vocals are pretty good!^_^

Phew! Haven't updated in ages...really boring out here, that's why!
Today is such a disaster day! Well, Sunday's my day off and it's the day that I like to spend money and shop shop shop! I had planned on buying Duet, Potato from Kinokuniya and also some other beauty-type book...and when I went there..NO MORE Duet or Potato!!! Not even Myojo! And the book that I wanted..it looked sooo tattered, so I didn't get it! I didn't get a single thing I wanted! So I went to HMV, wanted to get the Lead album coz' finally the Taiwan version is out..but hola~ the guy we know there, not working today! No staff discount, so no buy! So I'm all upset and stuff...decided hey! I'm gonna pig out with my favourite tidbit at Marks & Spencer..this cracker called Prawn Cocktails! I went to 2 different outlets and they don't carry it anymore!!! Ahhhhh....it's my absolute all-time fave since I tried it in England a few years back!!! Wahhhhh~
And then we couldn't have Katong Laksa for dinner coz' Weng's got a sore-throat...so we decided to have Sakae Sushi (my treat coz' I just absolutely had to swip my credit card once!!)But guess what? There was a 10% discount for Standard Charted cards and I didn't have a Stand Chart card...Weng did, so he swiped!!! Arrghhhed! Didn't even manage to fulfil that little urge I had today!! I just wanted to spend money!!!! Grrrr....oh yeah, so the only thing I got to buy was 2 packets of Macademia nuts!!

Seems like ages since I last blogged. Frankly, nothing for me to blog about! Yesterday Olivia came to the shop and we had a nice chat. She always brings the funniest stories with her...anyway, we were talking about 'Beautiful Days'! Remember how I was ranting and raving about it? Well, she absolutely hates it even though Lee Byun Hyung is her fave Korean actor! She thinks that it's an insult to all womanhood that the female lead is so submissive and the male lead is such a MCP! Suddenly it just struck me that people can think so differently on the same issue. For me, it's like a fairy tale story. For her, she just focuses on a different aspect. Hmm...makes you ponder that some things you think you are doing okay, another party might absolutely detest you for it...

OK..I have to admit my National Day entry was pretty lame! I was just blogging for the sake of blogging! :-ﾞ
Had a strange dream last night....I actually dreamt of Leon. Leon is this guy I met during my attachment 2 years ago...he is 1 year my junior and we were from the same junior college (but we've never met before). Anyway, surprisingly the 2 of us hit it off really well and became pretty good friends...so everyone teased us about becoming a couple (although we were both attached)! Still, it was like we were on the same wavelength and we used to sneak out of the office and hide somewhere to relax and talk during office hours! It was fun..I didn't realise till now, that I miss him! He went back to the States after the attachment so I haven't seen him in such a long time!!! Seems like I'm into remeniscent (how do you spell the damn word!?) these days!
I've decided to continue watching Meteor Garden....haha..really think I'm pretty pathetic sometimes! It's like I have to watch tv everyday. If there's nothing good on tv, I have to watch a DVD or VCD or something! I just have to watch tv! Weng's just to opposite of me, he doesn't like to watch tv..he doesn't like to even on the tv set! Sometimes wonder how we're ever gonna live together...we have such weird different habits! I like to sleep with the lights and music on. He can not fall asleep with even the teeniest bit of lights or music...he says the music keeps him awake. I say, the music soothes my nerves! Hmm...I guess God made everyone different, but did God give us the ability to compromise?

I think I'm
mad! I actually popped in Meteor Garden in my player and started watching it! Yes, Part 1! Ahhh..seeing Hua Ce Lei still makes my heart beat faster! ^_^
Took a pic of my mobile with my new YamaP wallpaper but then realised, I don't have a place to upload the pic so I can't show it here...grrr....nevermind, Di, I'll show you when I next email you!
Tomorrow is Singapore's National Day! Mmm...alot of people in the streets today and all wearing Red! Cheesy! But I know it must be for some school celebrations and stuff! National Day never meant anything to me...just a holiday! I remember one year when I went to watch the parade with Jady and after the parade, I actually got picked up by 2 guys...1 of them became my ex-bf, the other guy was abit of a stalker psycho type who couldn't take the fact that I chose his friend over him....hmm, wonder what they're doing now!
I'm contemplating watching Crayon Shinchan or Meteor Garden later!!! Lately my raging hormones have been acting on me again! Sigh~

Actually nothing much to blog about! Oh did I mention, I finally found out how to use the PC suite that comes with my Nokia phone??? Ahhhh....the wonders of my laptop finally! After realising that my laptop has a IR port and my hp of course have IR....I did not know how to use the stupid software that comes with the phone! And I was actually beginning to regret paying so much for the 6100 which does not do anything for me..and I certainly don't want to call those 1800 numbers and pay huge amounts for downloads! Suddenly, I saw the light at the end of the tunnel and all of a sudden, I knew how to put games, ringtones, pictures into my phone! OMG, I so love my phone now and I so love my laptop! Right...the money did pay off afterall! Haha...even Weng's ancient old Nokia, I can put in ringtones...all I have to do is find MIDI files of well, anything at all! And I could convert to monophonic ringtone for him and polyphonic for myself! Best of all, I love my games! Coz' there's this bejewelled game, which I used to love to play on PC (from MSN.com games)! I have it in my phone now! Yipee~ *Hyper mode on*
Sales today was good...life is looking bright again!
Weng's bro still not home yet...
