I forgot to mention...the fish that we keep in the shop? Well, one of them keeps attacking the other one and this v active fish keeps snatching all the food and its stomache was becoming so big so we decided to segregate it away and not feed it! And voila...it was actually pregnant! So now we have mini baby fish! Very very very tiny! Probably the size of a full-stop! Anyway, everything's in Weng's house and we really dunno what to feed the tiny fish coz' they're about the same size as the tiny food particles!!!!
Anyway, when we were shopping on Sunday, I saw this toyshop, Action City, selling this thing called Microaqua by Tomy...it's a teeny aquarium with 2 fish and a fake landscape, water pump thingy...and when everything is set up properly, it really looks like 2 fish swimming away..and there's even a very cool blue light..really nice! To top it off, the fish I chose looks like Nemo!!
Anyway, when I tried to set it up..all the instructions were in Japanese...so I'm really proud that my basic Japanese course did pay off...and I understood the instructions!! *takes a bow* Coz' there were strange instructions like putting in detergent.....it's like before you put in the soap, the fish floats on their side (like dead fish)..and once you add some soap in, they can float like normal! COOL JAPO STUFF!

Yeah yeah I'm still awake...and currently carrying on an icq conversation with the ex...thought it was worth mentioning here...kindda just updating on what's happening....and still sniggering over his question...'i was guessing if you are my first gf and guess i am rte'. Gotta reach the point where I can subtly say, I'm not hot for you or anything...so don't get any weird ideas!

Man! I can't believe this! I've been up since 4am!!!! I only went to sleep around 2am...and then somehow got awakened at 4am....tossed and turned, couldn't fall asleep so I turned on the tv..watched an episode of 'Beverly Hills 90210' and 'Chicken Soup for the soul' and some old sitcom starring Jamie Lee Curtis...you can only imagine how old it is! LOL! And before i knew it, it was already 6am..then the sun slowly rose..and it was 7am...and I decided to try to sleep again...and 15 minutes later, I decided to check my emails! Geez...I'm surely gonna have a sleepy day ahead!!

Hee...I opened by ICQ and I had a msg..guess from who? Yepp..my ex...he replied my birthday wishes msg..cool! And there I was feeling v happy and all...he had to msg me 'Do I know you'!?!?!?! grrr...check my user details! It's f*ckin obvious! Oh I give up!!!
On a lighter note...Channel U is interviewing Weng!!! As some young entrepreneurs prog on tv..I was supposed to go too, but I refused to do any filming! Hahaha..no way! I don't wanna see myself on tv and laugh at myself..I prefer to laugh at him! So anyway, they came with us to the bazaar last Friday..I hope I don't appear in any background shots...and today, they're going to the shop to do some shots...last Friday, they also interviewed Kelly! And she was so awkward..it was dead funny! See? I like to laugh at others! Had a good chat with Kelly and she's gonna go back to fly...her wedding's been called off and the new guy is really her new bf..I didn't have the nerves to ask her what happened, but just acted all interested in how she knew her new bf and stuff ^_^
YAy! So happy..Sho's new drama is finally out in Taiwan! Which means I can finally watch and understand it! Gotta change money today so I can send my mailorder..yipee~ Very excited!
Oh yes, I got a new HP PSC (Print/Scan/Copy)1210. So now I can scan stuff!!! Only problem? I gotta clear space in my room to place it properly..but too lazy right now...so I have to go through the hassle of unpacking it from the box, print or scan some stuff...then stuff it back into the box! Very tiring!!!!

Mum's in Germany now..and my flu is alright! Surprisingly, this time I had a really quick recovery! On the day I went to see the Doc, basically came home and slept the whole day and whole night and the next day, I was almost totally okay already! Yipee~ No irritating sniffing no more! And the cough didn't even come! And I was stuffing myself with potato chips somemore! Haha!
Horrifyingly, I remembered today (well, technically yesterday since it's pretty late now) is my ex's birthday! Yeah, the one I found on ICQ...and so I just wished him Happy Birthday on ICQ...don't think he's gonna reply me..well, I was just trying to be nice!!!!!
Hey Di-chan, it's so funny that on the 11th Sept, I was also thinking about Tackey&Tsubasa debut! Then I was watching the news which telecasted all the memorial services in the US which was pretty sad...which brings me back to the fateful day 2 years (and 2 days) ago...
I remember studying for my exams on my bed one afternoon, and half falling asleep when I kept hearing newsflash on tv (yes, I study and sleep with the tv turned on!) and subconsciously I kept hearing about a plane crash and I was thinking 'what the hell? Plane crash..big deal...stop repeating this newsflash!'...the newsflash was like every 10 minutes and I couldn't sleep peacefully! It wasn't till the next day before I realised what happened and started emailing all my friends in the US to make sure they are alright...alot of them had friends who were in the vicinity but luckily no one close to me were hurt or directly afflicted by this incident...I felt really bad for my insensitiveness towards the newsflash :(

My mommy's going to Germany this Friday! AHhh...I wanna go too!!! She's going with her sisters and my cousin, so that's like a bunch of old foggies! Hehe~ *mean* she said I could go too..but I gotta work! BOO HOO~ I wanna go Germany! I wanna go Germany! But somehow after racking my brains for so long, I can't recall why exactly I wanna go germany (besides the sight-seeing, cute guys thingy) and what exactly I want her to buy for me! Anyone can help me out here?
Just came back from the Doc, prescribed me all the normal medicine and stuff...*yawn* should really take a nap first! tata

Feeling abit sick! *Sob* Had flu yesterday and now, my body is aching like hell...all the symptoms of the classic Flu! Blah! I just know I'm gonna get a sore-throat and cough tomorrow..so I'll be seeing the doc! I really hate seeing the doc..just hate the feeling of being in a clinic, it's like all mediciny and gross! And I never ever believe that Doctors can make me feel better! Coz' when I don't see the doc, my flu gets better in 2 weeks..when I see the doc, it still only gets better in 2 weeks! So why waste money!?!?!? Yeah, ask Weng, he thinks Docs are the most amazing and magical people in the world...grrr~

My bf saw my email account yesterday and thought that my nick stands for like my name plus his! So he's been going on and on and on about it! I kept trying to explain that the 'chan' in my nick is just a jap form of addressing...and he just doesn't listen!!! Grrr....so irritating!
Kelly hasn't been coming in to work for quite a while now and we haven't seen her bf in some time already...they were supposed to get married last month but it was called off..she didn't tell me why but we were speculating that they broke up..then the guy turns up with her...and now, haven't seen him in ages..these couple of days Kelly comes in to the shop with another guy by her side, holding her handbag and stuff...sigh~ I think this is her new bf..I prefer the old one, he was really nice and sweet. Wonder what happened...but don't think I'm in the position to ask..
Watched the 2nd episode of 'Twilight Zone' today...really enjoyed it! Seems that I will always enjoy this timeslot..first, there was Amazing Race..then this Twilight Zone took over..it reminds me of Beyond Belief- Fact or Fiction. Hmm...

Today is the weirdest day ever! NUS has gotta be the smallest place on earth! In ONE day, I met soo many people (who aren't supposed to be there!) First thing in the morning, I saw this guy from the next stall who looked soo familiar but thought nothing of it. Next thing, he called me over and asked if I was from NTU and then he was like 'we were in the same faculty!' and I suddenly realised yeah! I see him around all the time coz' he's good friends with someone whom I hang out with...small world! He also owns a shop with another friends..haha...no one I know graduated from engineering and ended up being engineers! He and I are both in the retail line, another 2 of my friends are doing teaching....1 is doing insurance, 1 is in admin and another is a salesman..haha..we really really hate engineering I guess!
A while after that, this strange looking, big-haired, bearded dude yells "Aileen! Remember me?" and wahey, it's Edmund my jc classmate! He defered 1 year from uni to do an internship in California so he just came back to finish up on his studies...he looks sooooo weird!
If that's not enough, when I went up the bus out of NUS, I met another of my jc classmate! He's also from NTU and was just dropping by the NUS library..anyway, he's also selling things! Haha...so strange...but he's not in retail..he does selling over the internet...he dabbles in computer hardware stuff and he's going over to Japan for a year so we can collaborate on some business venture then!
And there goes my oh-so-weird-and-coincidental day! It was quite enjoyable though...
OOh...I decided to go for the Big Walk..wish me luck!

*yawn* Very tired coz' I've been waking up in the wee hours to go to NUS for the bazaar...so I haven't had time ot blog lately...luckily today is the last day, don't think my frail body can take it anymore..hehe
My mum just told me that she's going to Germany next Friday with my auntie and cousin...ahhhh~ I wanna go!!!! But since I can't go, I'll ask her to buy stuff for me..except I can't recall what I wanna buy from there! :( My mummy loves me...she's been so good...like when I give her money every month, she's always like do you have enough, don't need to give me so much...so this month as a joke, I gave her half and said yeah I don't have money and she's like ok nevermind take it back then...haha...i love my mummy!

Li'l Ziqi came to look for me today..very happy to see her! She's the sort who brings sunshine with her innocence! Anyway, she's fallen in lurve and she's here to show off pictures of her bf! Hehe..so cute right? Awww....she's all like 'What if this feeling won't last?' 'How do you know if it's forever?'...y'know that sort of stuff...
Heard the story of how Sujia got proposed to...ahhh...so very very sweet! Much MUCH better than how Weng goes 'So how? When you want to get a house?' That is soooo boring! Of course, I'm always going 'Who says I'm gonna marry you?'. Have been driving him up the wall with 'I hate you and you hate me, hence I'm not talking to you anymore!' and he's like 'Since when do I hate you???'
Took the mrt yesterday..been such a long time since I've taken public transport so I nearly got lost..didn't know there were so many links here and there now! Waahhh...anyway, after much effort, I got on the right train to town..only to be trapped in between a family (presumably from China) being shown around by their equally unsophisticated local relative, who insists on speaking at the top of her voice and showing off her very non-existent knowledge! She tells the little girl in Chinese 'This is called AH-MA-TEE...y'know? Not train ley, this is AH-MA-TEE!' and she goes on 'This one not like in China, not noisy one, this one very quiet and very fast also!'.....'You know why this is called "Di Tie" (chinese name for MRT, translated as Underground Rail)..because this runs under the ground! Very good right?' OMG, you should see my face, I was gonna burst with sympathy for the relatives..this is not exactly the best person to be stuck with on your trip! And you're definitely not gonna learn anything new on this trip! Run for your life!!!

Did a really funny thing yesterday..typed my sister's name in the search engine and came across this blog which I was sooooo sure belonged to my sis! The way the owner talked about her life was so similar to my sis...so I started reading it and then became sooo scared coz' this girl is probably a lesbian and a fanatic Evelyn Tan (a local actress whom I seriously detest) obssessed fan! She gets 'heart broken' over scenes where Evelyn Tan gets abused on TV!!! I just got so worried that my sis is lesbian..not that I have anything against the gay community but when it hits so close to home, it's just a different story!!
Anyway, at the end of the day, I checked this girl's birthday...*Phew* Not my sis! I told Weng and he said I was nuts..hehe
I'm still very disappointed that he didn't reply me...considering that when he entered my uni, he did try to contact me via the school email. But I didn't reply him then! Guess this is my retribution! Or maybe his current gf was logged into his icq acct and deleted the msg away? So many maybes in my mind but can't do anything about it...I probably don't ever want to see him again...won't know how to react if I do! I think I may have seen him a couple of times in uni but just turned the other corner...he's probably done the same on other occassions...why's life like that? Can't everyone live harmoniously???

Ok I did the unthinkable! I finally mustered up the courage to beep him on icq when he was online...he chose not to reply. Guess he still hasn't forgiven me...ah well, guess this ends another interesting chapter in my oh-so-boring life! The quest for friendship with your ex. There!
Anyway, found out that Sujia is getting married next year! Yipee~ So happy for her! She's been with her bf for forever now....since we were in Sec 3! And at that time, we were all betting that they're gonna break up by the time they get to jc! But now, nearly 10 years later, they are still together! First love forever! You go girl! Looking forward to a reunion again!
Also found out that Shimin is getting engaged or something like that...she's yet to spill the beans on whatever exciting that's been happening! These are my buds from Sec school and I love them to bits! Mei got married last year...and now Sujia...ahh...

In case anyone's curious, I'm still embarking on the task of searching out ex-es on the internet! So far, no success after that helluva find! So I've instead indulged in finding out more and more on that same person....how now? I've found him on ICQ and am hesitating on whether or not I should beep him...I know I'm totally not interested in him romantically but somehow this is someone whom I once cared about and I guess I wanna know if everything's okay with him...but I'm not sure how he will take it. Will he react hostily? Will he think I'm crawling back to him? Or will he understand that I'm just a friend who's once hurt him, but didn't mean it...Anyone wanna give me suggestions? sigh~ decisions decisions decisions
Yipee~ I finally bought Lead's album coz' there was finally a taiwan press! It's not actually in my hands yet coz' I got someone in HMV to staff purchase for me but I haven't got it from him yet...*can't wait!* Duet and Potato September are sooooo fine! Di-chan! You have to get it! Now, Aiba-kun and Sho-kun are looking soooo lush! YamaP is also looking deliciously fine in Stand Up! Can't wait for the taiwan release of that drama!!!

It's Official! Chip and Reichen won the Amazing Race! The ending was soo heartwarming with all the rest of the teams cheering at the ending line....ahhhhh....
Had dinner with Olivia last night...we had this discussion on whether rich CEOs go for women with intellect or great sex! Haha..very enlightening!
